Sharon Scallion has 34 years combined in Childcare and Charter School Experience. Her Immaculate reputation as a Director, Administrator, Trainer, and Consultant has established her as an expert in administration in the Childcare field.

She is the founder and President of Traits of a Child, providing consulting services to corporations and private sectors in an around San Antonio. She is an active Child advocate who sits on multiple task forces in San Antonio. Her stance in providing quality childcare is first and foremost. This is why Traits of a Child was established.

Sharon Scallion presents Child Care Management and Executive Leadership seminars across Texas. Our active Learning approach emphasizes hands-on-training and real-world solutions that result in faster learning and improved retention in childcare centers.

Felicia has 25 years experience as an Early Childhood Educator. She has had the opportunity to serve in many facets in the Education Field. Her expertise range from early child development to leadership. Felicia’s training is reality-based, interactive, and hands on. She caters to the audience needs.

Vickey M. Burton- Coordinator of Special Needs/ Trainer

Vickey is an educator who desires to leave an indelible mark on the world through her teachings by working with the exceptional needs of the child and their families. Vickey is a baby signs educator who has earned a Bachelors of Science Occupational Education in Early Childhood Development and currently working to obtain her Masters in Special Education.
